Refund Policy

All products from Joggers Online are printed and fulfilled on demand. Due to the nature of print-on-demand, we are unable to issue refunds or accept returns, except in cases where an item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Faulty or Incorrect Items If your item arrives faulty or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at zara@joggersonline.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Sizing Please refer to our size guide before ordering. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for sizing issues.
